It's that time of year again. Time to go stuff ourselves to brimming with food. I personally love all holidays dedicated solely to overdoing things.

There's Halloween where we overdo it on candy. [then we get older and overdo it on Bloody Mary's and pumpkin beer]

There's St Patrick's Day where we overdo it on pinching, wearing green and Irish themed homework assignments. [then we get older and overdo it on Bailey's and green beer]

There's Christmas where we overdo it on shopping and sweets. [then we get older and overdo it on credit cards and egg nog]

There's New Year's where we overdo it on planning and staying up late [then we get older and overdo it on champagne and more champagne].

At least Thanksgiving has us overdoing it with mostly food and not our other vices. Except there is still the darn pumpkin beer.

Oh and don't forget about the tryptophan in turkey. Here lies more than you will ever need to know about your dinner.
